Few months ago, I had a very bad experience with Larry Miller toyota (you can see my comments on its google review), so decided to try Mark Miller toyota for an oil change.

The first thing that shocked me was the glass wall between where I sitted and where they work. IT'S TRANSPARENT!!! These guys dare to let the customers to SEE. Then in middle of the process, a mechanic came to talk with me about the condition of my car. and very quickly, everything was done. After I drove to home, I checked everything: tires were rotated, all liquids were filled, and engine oil was clear and clean, and of course, they have washed my car.

YOu might think that this is what a dealership shoud do, but let's review what Larry Miller ever did:
1. They don't have a glass wall to let you see through. Instead, they prepare a warm and comfortable room with big TVs, free popcorn and free coffee for you to relax. Are you here to do oil change, or to relax?
2. Nowadays, they don't discuss the condition of your car with your anymore, but just a paper at the end and let you go.
3. They did not fill up the liquids for my last 2 visits, but on the paper it wrote yes.
4. You can see my complaint with Larry Miller toyota in my other post.

All I have to say is that while Mark Miller toyota is working hard to be an honest dealership, the Larry Miller toyota forgets what a dealership should do and its management has some serious problem.
