The way information was presented was kind of shad...

The way information was presented was kind of shady, the price listed ended up not being the actual price of the car, were told we d get a spare key for the vehicle then they asked for a signature agreeing that if there wasn t a spare key then we weren t entitled to one, but wasn t informed of that until we were already done negotiating. Very frustrating.
