Ordered 4 shelves for my garage. Order arrived incomplete. Had garage project set up for the next day. Contacted Action Wholesale to try to resolve shortage. Was told they would UPS item out today. Would not arrive until following week. Cannot complete project. Not acceptable. Wife drives from Ontario to Anaheim to pick up part. I spoke with Toby (General manager and owner) who stated the best they could do was deliver the missing part on Friday. Too late. Toby would not give any kind of discount on a $675 order that arrived short and at no time did I hear an apology for their mistake. Not to mention the ilitist attitude expressed by the owner of this company. I will never again purchase anything from this company. I've been treated better at the walmart return counter.
