Whitmor, Inc. Review

I had an interview today at Whitmor Inc. with the Facilities Compliance Director, Marilyn Norfolk. She is a beautifully spirited woman with a warm and welcoming personality!! Just from the walkthrough today, I can see that they care about not only their customers satisfaction but the employees happiness as well! A major plus for me! The facility is very clean and the layout makes it easy to navigate through. Something that can not be said about other companies! This company carries an array of household organizational items to make decorating and/or storage a breeze for all. Overall, my experience their was a joyous one.

Bought a shoe rack I wasn't happy with and they allowed us to pick out another item from their catalog, great customer service!!

I love the 6171-919 clothes pin. They are a staple in my house. Customer service is very friendly and exceptional accommodating.
