I hate the service provided by UNISA.

I hate the service provided by UNISA.
I have missed out on 2 semesters due to their incompetency and I NEVER receive any feedback no matter whether my query is big or small.
Nobody ever answers the phones and neither do we receive responses to our emails.I always pay the huge bills on time but I am not in the least bit satisfied.I would not recommend anybody to join them in future and would be glad if they could just close down.
I AM SICK OF THE POOR SERVICE.
