I had never spent a worse time in a room in my life. I picked up the phone and it had not been cleaned since the casino opened. It definitely needs renovations, carpet needs shampooing, i dare not walk around barefooted. I looked into going to another hotel, but all were taken. One of the elevators was down. Service was poor called for bellhop with no return call. Had ALL MEALS in other casinos. Will advise all my friends to avoid The Colorado Belle. Will be returning in April will do everything possible to avoid this casino. Can t say I m a bitter loser, actually came out way ahead. Had to go buy air fresheners. Lucky my OCD didn t kick in I would have spent all weekend cleaning. Head of housekeeping should do more training and inspecting of random rooms. Took a photo but can t bring it up and left a small tip and a message!
