We put new carpet down in the finished part of our 2006 house. My wife went into the unfinished part of the basement and found standing water on the floor. If it went under the wall to the new carpet we would of had a big problem. Water was from the furnace so I called Isaac. They now have a 24 hour service and the person on the phone scheduled someone that night. They came and found the problem and fixed it. He also inspected the furnace we had scheduled for early November. I am very happy this was resolved so quickly and professionally.
