This is one of the best days out you can have in the midlands first of all the amazing animal reserve and all the other animals and reptiles in the main part of the park as well, followed by a great theme park with great rides and fantastic friendly staff through out the park. I would highly recommend upgrading to the annual pass as you can visit as many times as you like to the animals and get the ride wristbands at discounted prices plus discounts in the shops and food outlets. Just want to say a special Thank you to Heidi and the other staff members at hook a duck, knock down the clowns and the doughnut stall you are great with all the kids and a credit to the park. My daughter hasn't stopped talking about you since we got back yesterday. We have sneaky plans already to do a VIP tour for her birthday and I'm looking forward to the late night opening times in August as it's facinating to watch the animals at different times of the day.
