Took the Maserati Ghibli there for the first time ...

Took the Maserati Ghibli there for the first time as it's closer to work. Was told no loaner because it wasn't requested when appt made. Who was to know car was to be there 6 days! Then asked for repair money to be paid in advance. Service advisor never available. Very disgusted, do not recommend and will never use again
