Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Elevators were extremely slow to arrive and operate, and stopped at random floors, including the first floor every time it reached the first floor. We were also charged a $150 fee for having sweated in the bed overnight as they had to change the sheets. Normal in my opinion. We were also charged $250 for smoking in the room because cigarettes were seen by the housekeeping staff in the room, un-smoked. There is virtually no way to contest the charges and they know that. Horrible business practices and fraud are being practiced at this hotel. I will never stay in a Radisson again.
