Smythe Volvo is absolutely the best Volvo dealership in the North Jersey area that I've been to. The Service department is such an absolute pleasure to deal with. The staff is friendly, courteous, understanding and go above and beyond to make sure that I am happy with the service and ensure my vehicle is back to the way it should be. Dina Thomson is my usual Service Advisor and she is fantastic. She listens to everything, understands the issues going on with my car and ensures that my vehicle is taken care of at the highest level. She is absolutely amazing and goes the extra mile for her customers each and every day. I can't thank her enough for all of her help and all of the things she has done to help me with my vehicle. In addition, Dennis and Regina in the Service Department are helpful as well and have in a time crunch have made accommodations to be sure to fit my car in for service before a trip or a vacation. This is what excellent service looks like day and day out. Every time I visit, my service expectations are always exceeded and the level of service is unlike any Volvo dealer I have been too.
