If I could give the dealership and the Chris G a z...

If I could give the dealership and the Chris G a zero I would. The buying experience was ok. However Chris tried to add things to the contract that wasn t discussed prior to my arrival but I understand he s a salesman so I can t fault him for trying although it really bothers me and creates mistrust. At the time of the sale, any and everything I pointed out he agreed to fix or change. I even had him put it in writing thinking I was avoiding any problems in the future. However I was WRONG! I was told to bring the car back because the service department at that time was not working at full capacity. It took two calls and 3-4 weeks to get an appointment and not to mention as soon as I pulled off the lot the license plate light indicator came on making me question if the car had been fully inspected, which I doubt due to the previous owners sale contact with all their personal information SS#, address ect in the truck. You would think if the car had a full inspection these types of documents would have been removed at the time of the inspection. When I took the car in I was appalled when the car was returned with backyard-quality repairs to the rims. Who would have ever thought that a certified Mercedes Benz dealer would repair damaged rims by buffering over the damage? Is a new rim really that expensive? Did know I needed to specify And get in writing that the rims would be replaced. Again no big deal since I was purchasing the car for work purposes only. I soon learned the license plate bulb that Chris confirmed was replaced had not been replaced as soon as the sun went down and the indicator light reappeared. At that time I was done with this dealership. Disgusted by their audacity to buff instead of replacing severely damaged rims, I was disgusted by the filthy loaner car I was given. The dealer constantly blamed their lack of ability to provide the promised repairs in a timely manner on COVID yet the loaner car I received had a water bottle in the door and used mask between the seats. I would think the car would be sanitized and cleaned before being assigned but again I was WRONG! I would eventually learn that one of the back-yard quality repaired rims was cracked in the inside which resulted in my tire sensor light appearing at times. Now I m furious! The replicable, very pleasant Mercedes Benz dealer in Los Angeles where I have always received excellent service at the time of my inspection notified me that the rims this dealer repaired instead of replacing is cracked in the inside. I had no problems with the tire leaking air so I had no idea until I was notified by another Mercedes Benz dealer that the rim they tried to repair were cracked and damaged in the inside. Which means I have been driving on freeways with a cracked rim! Now all the things I tried to overlook has now become absolutely unacceptable!!! I called Chris G to notify him that I ve recently learned at the time of my inspection that the rim he tried to repair is cracked and damaged in the inside. Of course he claims although it s the rim that was repaired he can t confirm it was cracked. Excuse me??? So its a coincidence that the rim CalStar repaired as if they were a corner used car lot scamming customers instead of a certified Mercedes Benz dealer is the only rim cracked? I have not had to replace the tire and only drove the car ten times max, since I purchased the car but this a just a coincidence! Mind you, the only rim that needs to be replaced is the rim CalStar repaired? If CalStar conducted business like all the other Mercedes Benz dealers I ve visited this would had never happened. I have alway received excellent service and never felt scammed when dealing with LA Motors and others. This rim should have been replaced when I pointed out the damage at the time of purchase! I reached out to Mercedes Benz USA to request the survey I decided not not complete at the time of purchase because my thoughts at that time was since I didn t have anything nice to say I would avoid the survey! Not now! Steer clear of this shady dealership!
