Lady in shipping office has no sense of urgency when it comes to unloading an 18 wheeler. When asked for an estimate time of start and completion she didn't answer but quoted some nonsense about detention time starting in two hours. Lady I don't want detention, I want to be unloaded and move on to my next load. Place is a tight back, make sure you get out and look.
