For me, this organization is nothing more than a bunch of cowboys. Complaints could be made by telephone both according to their own website and according to the general conditions. In practice, the staff is instructed simply not to accept complaints.

The tone that is used by the employees is shameful and UnitedConsumers sends shameless emails with advertising. That is what they call information facilities and newsletters. The advertising code committee will certainly have a different opinion about this.

Furthermore, the conditions in themselves are best described as vague. And if there is a dispute, then as a customer you do not have any rights, and all articles that are to be arranged properly are completely ignored when UnitedConsumers does not suit.
