I went in for a 4 wheel alignment on my daughter's car. After waiting for an hour and a half, mind you I had an appointment, they still hadn't started the work! I was taken out and shown things preventing them from doing the work. I decided to take the car and do the work myself. As soon as I told them I'd have to bring it back, they then spring on me they were going to charge me a half hour labor charge, even though they didn't do any work on the car! So with an absurdly long wait time and unauthorized charges, they have lost me as a customer. I have purchased 2 cars from them in the past, and had other work done there, but they will never get another dime from me.
