Customer service is horrible, and the mechanic that was talked with is barely qualified to do his job. I have also had friend who went there and said that the shop will hide any faults in bikes they sell and when you bring it up you will be blamed for the issue, even if you have had the bike for less than 24 hours. I recommend going to any other Harley-Davidson shop before you have to stop by this place. I have been to other locations and all of them were great, but personally I believe that this place is a dump compared to any other shop. FOR YOUR SAKE PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.
