If you buy a place where RMG are the property managers, don't waste your time unless you like being invoiced three times a year stating you're in deficit because work is required and yet 8 months into the year, nothing has been done. 4 months left RMG, good luck resolving all the problems raised almost 2 years ago that was confirmed by email and by letter that work would be happening this year.

They're a money grabbing business, who like to pass blame. No one in that company have customer service skills and huff down the phone at you. Property Managers are argumentative, heartless, pathological liars, much like the customer service staff who avoid putting you through and make up excuses like "they're on holiday" to then be told this isn't the case, it was just to avoid a conversation. Even when you have things in writing, there's always an excuse or threat to take you to court.

So, if you don't mind any of the above, go ahead and waste your time and especially money.
