Please note that to purchase tickets (and you are not from Milan) you must go through TicketOne. We send you the Theater website directly. In my case I had purchased the ticket for Mary Poppins which was canceled. The theater told us to ask TicketOne for a refund. TicketOne told us to ask the Manufacturer for a refund. The Producer is gone. Result: 20,000 tickets burnt and 1,000,000 euros never returned.
So minimum mark for the service offered. A real parcel!
