My experience with the entire Sam Swope staff far exceeded my expectations. The experience started during a conversation with Peggy Goldberg about leasing options on new vehicles. She introduced me to Andre Uchitel who help me pick out a vehicle and explain in simple terms all of my purchasing options. One of the managers, Chuck, welcomed me to the dealership and answered additional questions while arranging for an extended test drive. The process of learning my options and appraising my vehicle was very smooth. After ordering the vehicle, Andre kept in close communication and my new vehicle arrived within four days.

Even though there are many steps before a customer can actually take delivery of a vehicle, each employee who helped with various aspects of the process made me feel like they genuinely valued my business. Kevin Boone reviewed insurance information with me; Frank Carter reviewed all of the financial documents in a very simple way; and Dylan did a great job customizing the features on my vehicle before I left.

What strikes me most about this experience, is that it felt like I was in partnership with each of these Sam Swope employees to select, finance, and take delivery of an amazing vehicle. Every person took pride in the role they played in the process, so I felt more like I was among friends then in a company's sales process.

I highly recommend visiting a Sam Swope dealership to anyone considering buying or leasing a vehicle.
