Went in looking for a very specific car for my brother. While we didn't end up finding it, the staff spent over 2 hours with me looking around the south east for the exact car. They were polite and understanding the entire time. I can't say the same for the Kia dealership across the street. They tried to pressure my brother into buying anything they had on the lot.
