I recently moved to Russell Island in Queensland and when I was left hanging, without ADSL internet connection by two major telcos for weeks, iiNet came to my rescue. I love their on-line Toolbox too! It's full of up-to-the-minute info on my account so I can access that without having to call anyone. I also feel relaxed knowing that the transition to the NBN will be hassle-free from iiNet's end.
