Terrible hotel organization
After a long day of kicking around Bilbao, we returned to the hotel and found the room undone, we had left the relevant poster for it to be done.
We called the reception and they tell us that until 4 pm they can do it for us, but we have arrived at 15 pm and we want to rest, so the reception, with more than improvable ways, Sandra from the reception attended us, indicating that they will not make the room.
Finally, after a severe complaint, they indicate that they will do it at 18 pm. We ask that they replace the minibar and the person in charge accesses the room without a mask, we make it known to him, he apologizes and, yes, he returns with a mask.
The best, the hotel is under construction, the incessant hammer noise will accompany your rest!
