Needed an oil change, a transmission fluid drain/fill and the general inspection.
I have previously worked with T.J so I asked for him to be my assistant today and things went smoothly.
I appreciated that he took out my cabin and engine air filters and showed them to me. He explained that they're starting to get dirty but no need to replace right now, probably in couple more visits. To be honest I do maintain my car and check the filters on my own occasionally, so I was interested in seeing if they'd try to tell me "your filters are bad and need to be changed ASAP", which they did not and I was happy to notice they were giving me honest advice rather than trying to get me spit up as much money as possible.
I have also requested to be given the oil filter (I check it for any metal content, reflecting the health of my engine) and well as a sample of my transmission fluid. They did it and packed them nicely and cleanly for me. I do realize this might be an uncommon or annoying request, but they were very friendly and just did it without any questioning.
What I really appreciated was the fact they caught a nail in one of my tires while rotating them. Which really reflects the technicians take pride in their job and are ACTIVELY working, not just repeating the same movement till the end of the day. They DO inspect the tires rather than randomly telling you they're fine. So I was happy to realize they do pay attention to the details. T.J showed me the nail and said they'd just patch it for me at no additional cost.
Overall I'm really satisfied with the service these people provide. I go there for my repairs and will keep doing so for the foreseeable future. They're reasonably priced and I think if you have a Honda, they provide the best service/money thus the best deal.
Note: Do NOT schedule your visit if you have a tight schedule. They might find some un-expected problems with your car which may take a while to fix. The fact they had to patch one of my tires slightly delayed the expected schedule, which is definitely not their fault... But just saying, make sure you reserve a bit more time than the first estimated ETA.
Bottom-line: Very satisfied, no complains, great company and team.
