Brunch at The Snapper Inn is not for anyone with discriminating taste. The preparation and quality of most items is awful. The hard boiled eggs benedict are hockey puck substitutes, the chicken is overcooked and dry, the meat tough and tasteless, and the pasta could have come from a can. The food trays weren't even hot. We did not finish anything on our plates and walked out before trying a sample from the dessert table. I don't think we missed anything. If the business plan is to attract customers that just want an all-you-can-eat stuff it down your throat selection, then management has achieved their goal. This is definitely not worth the $40+ per person charge, which includes an obligatory 18% tip. I do not begrudge the staff their tip. I think most customers would leave a lot less because of the poor quality of the meal. I did speak to the young man at the front podium and politely mentioned my disappointment. He appeared to take it in stride.
