One word: Amazing. Mr Lee Otero took time out of his day to show me a model (I thought would work for me) but after getting to know my needs for the future he found the perfect SUV for my family. The team around him was also super helpful and cordial, from the finance manager to salesman 'Alex' who explained all the bells and whistles on my new Blazer.
