Could be better. I bought a Brother printer that stopped working after one month. CA fobbed me off to Brother in Sydney who eventually generated a Return Authorisation. Sales fobbed me off to service, who in turn fobbed me off to sales, who eventually informed me that no replacement printer was available. Net outcome, six hours wasted and an extra $100 spent on a replacement alternative. I recommend comparing with Best Deals 4 U.
