I was pleased with overall service. The only negative is that I called about a car that hadn't gone through the inspection process. I was to receive a call as soon as this was finished. I went by that same evening, even though I hadn't received a call, to look at the vehicle. It was driving out of the lot as I arrived, having been sold to another buyer. However, second-best was still better than other dealers.
