Last minute deal, low expectations. Took me 4 phone calls to finally get our itinerary emailed, was given false info about traveling w my daughter, was told I would have a room upgrade due to issues - that didn t happen, we were above the dance area so we could hear the booming all night. They ask if it is a special occasion - it was my bday (50) and they did nothing, even when their Sesame Street gang was also celebrating 50 this year .. we were also not put on a van but a single driver car - just me and my daughter and him - that was a scary 2 hours when he is stopping for Jamaican pudding! Over all property is nice, water slides are for younger kids, room was suppose to be a garden view however we were looking at a concrete pad?? In short do not believe what they say ... I shouldn t have needed to call 4 times to get an email with my flights and travel info! If I didn t do my own research we would have been stuck and unable to fly because of the incorrect info I was given about traveling with a minor and one parent. I complained twice and the girl at the front desk could not have been more rude and all she would say is sorry to hear that!!! I would stay closer to Montego Bay or try Negril next time ... such a short flight for us ... but won t go here again.... just make sure everything is double checked if you go!
