Well I just left the dealer,had a technical glitch on my 14 E550,,electrical. Never knew I had an auxiliary battery but I do now..Octavio met me with a smile,and dropped the bad news that this item ($500)wasn't covered,,I have the car 11 months.,Noticing my obvious displeasure,he was calm,kind and understanding,, whether or not he knew I'm a returning customer,and did the right thing.In 10 minutes he returned with fresh info after consulting with Anthony,and my car was repaired.
This place is a car enthusiast kind of place,but beyond that its a group of hard working people. I saw all colors of people being helped,advised and smiling as they too saw their needs met.New York is a tough place,I'm a native,a veteran, retired from the NYPD, and have seen the best and worst of this town,,MB of Manh. is an oasis if your lucky enough and smart enough to own one of these cars.
