Saw the car I wanted on the internet and went in and talked with Ronnie. I couldn't get him to give me the car...but he did work with me to get me a good deal and I am very delighted. Cape Honda has a great reputation and has for years. I am never afraid to do business with them! That was 5 months ago, I bought another car from them June 26th. They gave me a good deal, same as the last time. But this time, I bought the Auto Armor protection. When they ran it through it left large black marks in several places on the car and left a giant scratch in the rear air dam. I had to come back the next day and the manager said they would buff out the black marks and replace the air dam. They did get the black marks off but they never touched the air dam. I decided to just live with it and forget it. en, I never got the title until July 30th. They told me they would pay the late title fee to the state. I went by picked up the title (finally), went and got the transfer and paid the late fee out of my back account. Imagine my surprise when I found they had written the check to the license bureau. So I made yet another trip to the dealership and asked them to rewrite the check to me. I was told they couldn't do that. Did I have the sales documents to the car. No. I don''y usually carry my file cabinet around with me, especially when I am driving my other car. Then we can't help you. Si tore their check up and threw it in the desk. They have lost a lot more than the $25.00 they owed me, they have lost a customer. Not only did I purchase two cars from them, but also an extended warranty which I intend to cancel as soon as I get home and get the paperwork. I will never do business with this haphazard crew of clowns again and you would be well advised not to do so either!
