Called multiple times, didn't return my call till hours later after I had called to reach someone myself. When they finally called back they complained about my message being muffled and cut me off from talking. They also wouldn't give me the full name of the facility, so at first I didn't know who I was speaking with, they called back only saying "Counseling Center" I asked three times for the facility name as I was calling other places and they didn't give me an answer until I mentioned the town. Horrible office staff, such a headache before anything ever happened. Once I finally got an answer I was told I can't go there until I complete another program first...
