TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! Horrible doesn t even begin to describe my experience with this dealership. A few weeks ago my break light went on and I was under the impression that I needed new break pads. I was told by my service provider Rhoda, who I ve worked with before in the past without any issues that it was the brake master cylinder and the brake booster. Rhoda quoted me 1,127.00. I waited for the parts to come in about a week later. I arrived at 7:00 am and asked if the quote which was also emailed to me was an out the door price and would still be honored. I was told yes. My car was completed at 8:30 am. When I received the bill it was for the amount of $1,740. $515.00 was for labor. I immediately verbalized my frustration as my quote was not honored. Rhoda lowered it to $1536 and stated that s the best she could do. I asked to speak with a manager and was met with one of the high school receptionists, with an attitude, who thought she was a higher up and was told they didn t have a manager or supervisor on duty. I called corporate and spoke to them for roughly an hour. They gave me the run around as expected and were a nightmare.They stated they couldn t assist for 5-7 business days and that I should just pay the bill to get it off the lot. I then went inside and asked to speak with a manager once more and was told they didn t have one. I turned my head and saw the parts manager sitting in his office. I asked to speak with him, told him the situation and even showed him the quote. While doing so, all 4 receptionists and 2 employees from the parts department were looking on. After 20 minutes he lowered the bill to 1178.00. I told him that wasn t the price I was quoted and they should honor it. After another 20 minutes he came back with the correct quote. I left at 11:30 am. I spent more time getting the quote honored than they did working on my car. On my way out the door, hidden behind a large sign was a phone number to text the manager for any inconvenience . I now know why the employees hid that number. I will never return to this location and I advise anyone who reads this review to reconsider giving this location the time of day. They do not care about customer satisfaction and are run worse than a circus. It s not worth your time or money. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
