Above and Beyond...

I've taken my 2013 C-250 Coupe to this dealership for service from the day I purchased it... The Service Department has been absolutely EXCELLENT specifically, Don Vanderschoot.

I recently took my car in for the Service B and for a noise I was hearing during start up. Don called me a few hours later informing me that the noise I was hearing was an issue with the cam-tensioner's and it was going to be over $4,000 to repair it, due to my factory warranty recently expiring. I was shocked of course but came to terms with it and gave them the approval to make the necessary repairs.

Don called me the next day saying that he had contacted Mercedes-Benz on my behalf and explained to them the situation (expensive repair just out of warranty) and that Mercedes-Benz was going to cover ALL the parts required to repair my car and all I had to do was pay for the labor, which was considerably less expensive, that phone call saved me thousands!!

Don did not have to take these extra steps for me as I didn't ask for a discount or anything of sort. He said later, it just was the right thing to do.

Due to Don's OUTSTANDING Customer Service I will be a Mercedes-Benz of El Dorado Hills customer for life.
