Now I am being told they can't give what they prom...

Now I am being told they can't give what they promised but if I take this down they will cancel the contact and I have to take down this review... So just waiting now ,, doe's anyone know if a good place.
I figured since I've been getting the run around I'd start giving my update....
I was told that since I didn't like the three min. Clip I should get the SVR to record 24/7. So I did. But was not told that it times out on the computer and unable to bring it up on my phone. Now... I'm told to go and get an hmdi cable. Shouldn't this be something the technician does? We got disconnected and did not call back. My next step is to cancel if not corrected within the next few days.
Below was my org. post as I was really impressed. After signing contract it's been nothing but issues. I would not recommend.
Anthony and jermey said if I had any question to call or text them... Not true as I was just told to call customer support. I was under the impression that once it detected something it would record longer than a min. And did not know you only get a certain amount of clips a month, which i ran out of living k on a busy street. Then I was advised to pay additional money and get SVR... Which I did, I'm still waiting on customer support to call me back. The whole experience has been a nightmare. Was told to go and buy an HDMI cable to keep the video on the screen.. Three stores later I found one and to no surprise did not work and system timed out.

We just had a visit from Anthony and Jeremy. Wow! These two were awesome! We purchased feeling well informed on this product and have done much research on this and others. I couldn't believe how fast they were able to install. Even after all was said and done they were still there to answer questions... I would highly recommend for sure
