I am a fairly frequent shopper of P.C. Richards, but I just wanted to take a minute to let you know what a fantastic job your sales representatives do every time I shop at your store. In particular I appreciate the outstanding customer service that your sales representative Stephen has provided over the past few years. I normally frequent your location on Atlantic Avenue to obtain information & education before making a purchase, Stephen has always been attentive, helpful and extremely knowledgeable about your store's product line and seemed genuinely interested in helping me find items that met my needs rather than just being focused on making a quick sale.
Because of his efforts, I have always been able to find exactly what I needed and I have been satisfied with all my purchases. I will continue to visit your store in the future, as well as recommend it to others.
P.C. Richards & Son on Atlantic Avenue has put together a great team that makes customers feel respected and valued for this I am completely thankful.
