Randy came to due a complimentary check up on our new heat pump and system. He was polite, clean and thorough. He cleaned the coil in the air handler and found a disconnected ground wire and a faulty capacitor , and then corrected the problems. This is pretty typical of my experiences with the Pyramids crew.
