Service Department is very slack.

I just had my first 6 month service done and noticed that the wheels had not been rotated as per the log book service. Easy to see as only one scratch on one wheel that had not moved.

Told it had been done, I was mistaken, workshop said they did it etc....... Spent a few minutes discussing how I knew it was not done. Discussed what else might not have been done.....

Was then told I could have a "free" wheel rotation. ( Not free though as I already paid for it.... )

But I arranged to bring it in the next week for what I was told was no more than a 30 minute wait. Almost two hours I waited until the service attendant slunk in and told me it was ready. Received a half hearted apology too.

Don't be caught up by the cafe, coffee and big showroom. Doesn't mean that their customer service is any better than anyone else's.....

Worst thing? They don't care if your happy or not.....
