So my desktop encountered problems downloading Windows updates. That, and it was time to switch to Outlook from Live Mail. Kaplan Computers walked me through the issues and gave an etched in stone price to repair. Although I did have problems with all of the email migration these guys never rested until everything was fixed to my satisfaction. They were thoroughly professional and spent a lot of time explaining the software to a non-geek like me. Honestly I could not have picked a better place to go. I strongly recommend this business: no surprises on repair work quote, things done right, and a vast computer knowledge and repair shop.
