Terrible communication skills between owners and renters and complete disregard for state laws. Would never recommend to owners; renters should have lawyer on ready. We were a renter who signed a request for a pre-move out inspection. Against state law we were charged against our deposit after inspection without any notification. The worst part is they never returned any phone calls or emails, we were brushed off to the owner who didn't know the situation. Terrible service overall.
