Matt M. was a super nice guy. Gave me lots of options to replace my water heater and didn't pressure me. Very friendly and personable. Offered information on services and repairs but didn't push me to do them. Let me know what they were doing each step of the way.

Scheduling was a little frustrating but that's not his fault. I was originally given a time between 8 and noon. The voicemail I received the night before said I was the first call of the day at 8:30. When I called at 9:30 to see if there had been a change, they said a tech would be leaving for my house shortly. No one arrived until about 11:30. I would rather they had just stayed with the original block of time and not told to expect someone at 8:30.
