This firm, especially, Sark, handled my case of someone causing me a serious negligent accident. The team "seemed" concerned about my welfare and went after the dependents vigorously as far as they told me but after awhile I had to do most of the calling. Most of the time I was able to get updates but the only issue I had was that the paralegals and some of the lien department didn't communicate properly or get back to me in a timely fashion on issues that were pertinent to the case and I had to be abrupt just to get an answer. Also, I'm not sure they got me the most that I could have received, they told me that they did, but, I'm still a bit unsure about that. Anyway, I would still recommend them but just stay on top of them.
