My family just arrived and we will be staying for 6 nights. The first thing I noticed when my wife and I walked into our room is that the door separating our bedroom from everything else has something smeared all over it. Next I found out the lamp beside our bed doesn't work. After that I saw that our complementary coffee cups had dried coffee all over them. Now, just moments ago after attempting to stop our toilet from constantly running, I noticed that THERE IS DRIED FECES SMUDGED ON THE BATHROOM DOOR! It is a brown smudge on the door closest to the toilet when the door is open and I have no idea what else that could possibly be. I will be requesting a new room momentarily, and if I have the same or similar issues I will be contacting management and even corporate.

If this really is poop...well, we are going to have some serious issues. I'll also be photographing everything just in case.

Edit: We have to stay in this room tonight, but tomorrow we are being moved to a new room. I will post an update on the new room later.

Update: The new room is much cleaner, but our A/C does not work and the shower water gets lukewarm at best.

The staff has been very friendly and the cafe has good food, but I do not recommend this hotel at all. I've honestly never been more disappointed in a hotel.
