I cancelled this service BEFORE it was ever performed. Many weeks later after receiving several calls from Terminix where I explained it had been cancelled they turned it over to a collection agency!
I disputed the charges and they agreed to look into it. I called the local office and they verified no service had been done and they would notify the collection agency. I kept receiving calls, so I went to the Terminix office and explained everything again. The manager looked into it, called me back the next day, apologized and said he would stop the collection. I got more collection calls. I called again and they said it would be "written off" and the agency notified. Still more calls. If you want your credit ruined, just look to Terminix....what total incompetence!
