I would never purchase a house through Bloomer again! Once moved in (brand new house) they will not warrant the warranty as per the documents. All new houses have 2 year warranty on all internal appliances but neither the suppliers nor Bloomer will supply the warranty. Unfortunately they will go to court all over a $1000 door repair.
