We had a very positive experience using Matrix. Guy was very quick to respond and to get a team to our house. Jon got us a quote for the work the same day he visited and was very knowledgeable. The technician Nawaz and his co worker did a great job cleaning up the water damage and completing the mould remediation. Guy continued to following up with us throughout the process and both Jon and Nawaz spent a lot of time going through their work with us and answering our questions.
