Very dissatisfied apartment was not really clean! ...

Very dissatisfied apartment was not really clean! As it smelled of smoke everywhere and we had a non-smoker apartment as a family, we complained. Then we were told it's just allowed in the living room and that was it. In the evening at the reception we asked something and the woman answered just because she had to and rude she was too! Never again.
