There was a cockroach in the extra bed (the staff had to hold it in his hand so that it will not crawl somewhere else :P)
The carpet smells already - musty and old.
Pls consider refreshing hotel facilities. Bec of the name, guests would always expect first class service and it is disappointing that we had this experience!!
