My experience with Pixie Hollow Travel was average. While the website was informative, I found it slightly confusing to navigate. The customer service was decent, but not exceptional. The tour package offered was satisfactory, but I felt there was room for improvement in terms of the activities included. Overall, it was an okay trip, but I expected a bit more.
