I called the service dept because my car wouldn t start and my kids were excited to go have fun on their day off today. I couldn t reach any neighbors to help jump my car. Ray Hernandez and his son were at my house within 15 min and jumped my car for me. I drove to the dealership and Matt Kail replaced my battery in minutes. My kids didn t even have to get out of the car for it. We were able to still enjoy the school holiday fun. Ray and Matt were genuine and beyond helpful. We may have paid a little more for a battery at the dealership than Walmart, but it was 100% worth it. Amazing customer service.
