The Karndean staff at their Design Centre are very helpful and informative. From the customer's point of view, it's also extremely useful to have an actual look at the different finishes/patterns available with Karndean flooring. The way the different finishes/patterns are laid out in concentric circles on the floor is very good. Big sample boards are also available to give customers a good idea of how each floor covering actually looks like. Design team members also work with individual customers to give ideas... At the end of our visit we walked away with a few actual size samples which we were able to take home. All-in-all, a very good customer experience.
